Born in Elkton, Maryland, and now calling Bristol, Tennessee home, Charlie “CC” Clevenger is a force to be reckoned with in the worlds of country rock, blues—and storytelling. A Nashville recording artist, CMA member, published author, and front man of Triple C Band, CC is taking the nation by storm through 2024, 2025, and into 2026, bringing old-school country soul with a rebellious edge back to the airwaves and the written page.

CC’s love affair with music began at just seven years old when he crossed paths with country legend Conway Twitty at Sunset Park in Rising Sun, Maryland. That unforgettable moment lit a fire that still burns today, shaping a sound that blends southern rock, blues, and outlaw country into a signature style that’s as raw as it is real.

Currently, CC is recording his debut solo album, A Long Time Coming, alongside some of Nashville’s top musicians, led by legendary producer Buddy Hyatt (TOTO). The project features gritty originals like “I Don’t Have to Like You” alongside soul-shaking covers from Chris Stapleton, Travis Tritt, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and Guns N’ Roses—many of which power the high-energy live shows of Triple C Band.

Beyond the stage, CC has expanded his creative reach as a published author, channeling the same honesty, grit, and emotion found in his music into his writing. His books reflect a storyteller’s heart—drawing readers into worlds shaped by passion, struggle, and the magic that first inspired him as a child.

With a whiskey-soaked voice, blistering guitar riffs, and a commanding stage presence, CC Clevenger and Triple C Band deliver one hell of a ride, whether stripped down acoustic or full-band and barn-burning.
